The Apple Initiative
The Apple Initiative by Seeds of Hope Honduras is our way of addressing a critical issue many children face—coming to school on an empty stomach. For every school supply we donate, we also provide an apple to the students. We know that many children arrive at school without having had breakfast or any snacks to keep them going through the day. With the Apple Initiative, we aim to ensure that every child not only has the tools they need for learning but also something to eat. By giving an apple with every donation, we’re helping to fill the gap, so children can focus on their studies instead of their hunger. It’s a simple but impactful way to support the well-being and education of the kids we serve.
